If you have retained copies of all the complaints and letters as well as the police reports you can sue in small claims court for the return of the deposit.~
You can definitely make a legal point with the complaints and the letters.
PS:With respect to question posted 2 months ago. How is ur cousin’s nosebleed .If it occurs very frequently you could try to rule out endometriosis.Sometimes under very rare medical condtion a tiny bit of endometrial tissue is found in the nose(embryologically misplaced).In such condition the bleed is frequent and cyclical. The best way out would be to discuss with ENT surgeon .I have seen one such case and thought that I would share this information with you.
