Any other ideas for my Sweet 16? (Have a theme & it is almost here)?
My Sweet 16 is almost completely planned and it is coming up in about 2 weeks. My theme goes along with that old saying “Dance like nobody’s watching, Sing like nobody’s Listening, Live like it is heaven on earth” We are doing it at my house but don’t get me wrong it is going to be huge and we have already spent +,000 on the Food, Decorations and so forth. We are moving all of the furniture out of the rooms that we will be in and there will be nothing in those rooms that isn’t party themed everything will be gone pictures, (except for a few special ones of me)nick nacks everything. I am doing Karioke and Dancing because almost all of my friends love to sing and who doesn’t like to dance (there will be about 40 people) My party colors are hot pink, grape purple with some silver accents. We are having a ton of food, I am doing a Candy Bar and we are basically just going to hang out. I was wondering if anybody has any other ideas for me anything at all Decorations, (it is semi formal) Fun things to have there for people to do or look at . . . You get the picture. Anybody? Anything?

t may sound stoopid but bubble machinces are a cute inexpensive way to have fun make sure to stick paper towels under in in case it leaks but they are so fun also if everyone likes dancing then have a dance contest for the craziest dancer and make some beast prize like go to the mall and have (your name)’s craziest dancer spray painted on a shirt or d.i.y. it will remind them of your party forever and its a good keepsake it will be cool to see them wearing a shirt that says..Superwoman’s Craziest Dancer and on the back write the date like march 10th 2009

watching people dance to it is hilarious you could have evryone come up with there own booty dance and that could also be a contest if you want =)

djs are always great.
i know i went to a 16th once and they had a cameera guy go and take pictures throughout the night, and then throughout the night they projected the pictures ont he wall. make sure lots of songs to dance to like booty drop and elextric slide, you know what i mean.
Powerpoint of your childhood pictures as well as ‘wall’ 50 ft posters with decorations on them. Party stores usually have them. DJ Lights and a fog machine would work great too.
