Hey this isn’t really an answer to your question as such just a wee bit of friendly advice you mention your moving your business to your basement. I don’t know what your basement is like its probably very nice, its just that basements are common place for damp ofcourse not always but just for your own peace of mind you should have it checked for damp its very cheap you can actually purchase a small device and do it your self it a very basic device simple to use. The damp in structures actually travels through the air and reeks havoc with our lungs especially children and nobody wants to end up in that situation. I don’t mean to freak you out but its worth checking out if your planning a move down there. Anyway good luck and i hope your business is a roaring success.
for the floor you could always use the big bright colored puzzle peices that connect together, they are padded. i think walmart sells them and i know sams does. hope that helped!
