Consumer protection laws?
Hi, I ordered a bar chair and it was sent but broken. The store took it back and promised that the bar chair will be fixed and sent back soon. It has been over three months since we ordered it. When we bought the furniture, the store promised to send it, but now the person said that either we go and pick up the bar chair in their warehouse or wait until they have the chance to send something to the area we live. I want to know if there are some laws against it or any organization can help me

You need a good local consumer advocate to help you. Usually your local paper or tv station has someone in that capacity. Good Luck!
