can you guys correct my grammar please!!

Books, coffee and bar
My concept is about a relaxed place and romantic at the same time.
Is a place in which you can go to talk and have fun with friends, your girlfriend or boyfriend or go by yourself and read while you enjoy a coffee.
In the first floor will be a drawning room with books available and 2 tables in which you can read and drink coffee. Passing the drawining room will be the first bar area in which the capacity will be 30 people, the illumination will be tenuous with some candels on the tables.The second floor will be a terrace con lounge furniture. In the two areas you can eat, and drink any kind of beverage.

A Word About Choosing Bar Stools

Finding and choosing the right kind of Bar Stools or counter stools for your bar, home or your kitchen is an important part choice, as many different sizes, materials, finishes and colors.
First of all, decide if you are choosing Counter Stools or Bar Stools, as they are somewhat different. Bar stools are usually a little taller, by around 4 inches.
