How do I get my Windows XP Toolbar back on the bottom of the screen?
My 16 month old daughter got on the computer chair the other day an was pounding on the keyboard and now the task bar on the desktop is vertical on the left and its horribly annoying?
My toolbar is VERTICAL you know, up and down, against the left side of the screen, there is NO drag and drop or lock BS….when you click and hold, i can make it wider but then it fills half the screen…i need to make it horizontal…

Check to make sure it is unlocked first
Right click an empty area on the bar and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked
Then just left click and hold an empty area of the tool bar and drag it back to the bottom.
Be sure to lock it so it doesn’t happen again
Take some responsibility! Anyway drag n drop easy!
click on the bar and drag it toward the bottom of the screen, then let go. (you will see its shadow moving as you drag, let go when the shadow is in the bottom position)
left click on the toolbar and hold down the button while dragging to the bottom of the screen. The afterwards right click the task bar and choose to lock it.
drag it where ever you want to
