		<description>Check to make sure it is unlocked first

Right click an empty area on the bar and make sure &quot;Lock the taskbar&quot; is unchecked

Then just left click and hold an empty area of the tool bar and drag it back to the bottom.

Be sure to lock it so it doesn&#039;t happen again :)</description>
