how does this work out schedule sound?
Monday- Bench Press, I start with the bar and gradually add weight as i go. I also do 100 pushups with my legs on chair.
Tuesday- Biceps Curls, Biceps curls with dumbbells (100)
Wed-Bench
Thurs-Biceps
Fri-Bench
sat and sun off
I also usually do pullups and situps
