if value has not changed, after fees you would net about $140,000.
but in all likelhood value has fallen 5-7%. I think you could sell it for about $140,000 before fees.

The same reason that no one would buy a house without walking thru it, looking over the back fence, seeing if anything about it is noisy or smelly then no one can give you an educated guess.
Of course a buyer would also need to walk thru all the other similar houses that are also available and compare yours to them- and compare yours to similar houses that have recently sold.
All of this to say that Zillow is no good, and none of us would be any good. You need to have an agent walk thru it- they often do it for free.
