Hi, i slipped on a wet floor and cut my neck open on a upside down chair leg. I went to the hospital in a ambulance. Then i saw the doctors about 3 times for my pain and scars. I have a lawyer. How much money do you think i can win?

I don’t know if you can win at all. First, you are going to have to PROVE that the management knew of the danger and failed to remedy it. The remedy could be as simple as a sign saying "Wet Floor". Was there such a sign? Second, you are going to have to PROVE that a reasonable person could not have noticed that the area was dangerous. Third, you are going to have to PROVE that you actually had injuries. Do you have your medical reports?
Many people have tried to use medical injuries as a way of gaining money by fraud. You’ll have to prove that you actually suffered these injuries, and that the management knew about the danger and did nothing about it.
that’s up to the judge
You should get enough money to pay for your medical bills and lost wages.
You shouldn’t "win" anything. You had an accident, you didn’t win the freakin’ lottery.
10,000 is average if you settle since there are no broken bones or permanent injury; the scar might be worth more, if it detracts from your looks.
Sue for what the medical costs are. Nothing more. Maybe a few thousand more for compensation. But remember someone Else’s accident doesn’t mean you have to force them out of business. I would say not to sue at all. I understand your upset, and you were hurt. But it was an accident and things like that happen. I’m sorry it happened but your wasting time. Move on, it was an accident. I don’t think it is worth it. But I would sue for maybe $25,000 TOPS
You aren’t going to be buying a Lear Jet or anything.
A few thousand dollars tops, if anything at all.
Trip and falls rarely create major pay-outs from business or property owners anymore. Most judges, wisely, expect people to watch their own step and take responsibility for their own klutziness. You might get your real hospital bills paid for, maybe, but usually that is an admission of guilt
