First, you are going to have to PROVE that the management knew of the danger and failed to remedy it. The remedy could be as simple as a sign saying "Wet Floor". Was there such a sign? Second, you are going to have to PROVE that a reasonable person could not have noticed that the area was dangerous. Third, you are going to have to PROVE that you actually had injuries. Do you have your medical reports? Many people have tried to use medical injuries as a way of gaining money by fraud. You'll have to prove that you actually suffered these injuries, and that the management knew about the danger and did nothing about it. I don’t know if you can win at all.
