I just got a workout list from my workout instructor.. and I was confused on some of them..?

Lord! I hope that’s not to be done all in one workout!
And I agree…. If he didn’t show you proper form, he isn’t doing his job and you can get hurt. Besides, there is a lot of redundancy to some of those.
I could offer some websites that have video of how to do those, but I think it would be better if you either get this guy to do his job OR get a new trainer.

If you have a workout instructor, and they don’t show you (since that is quite a long list), then you have one suckass workout instructor.
I’d get another trainer.
sparkpeople.com has information on most if not all of those including instructionals.
Find another trainer. He cannot just TELL you to do these things.. He needs to show you how to do them so he can TRAIN you to do them the right way without hurting yourself. Tell him these three words- "You are fired."
