I read the first sentence, and i already know an answer.
You are snobby and ignorant.
Don’t worry about it. All you have to do is to avoid going to her house as much as possible. You don’t have to be in an environment that you don’t comfortable in. Other than that, you can remain friends with your friend. As long as your friend doesn’t do anything to hurt to you, it is ok to keep the friendship. Don’t let her dirty place let you down.
No, none of my friends are slobs. I think you should consider how important this issue is to you decide whether or not you want to continue to go to their house. You can’t tell them how to run their household and its kind of funny that they wouldn’t even attempt to clean up the place before company is coming over. I don’t know about you, but at my house we have to have the house spotless before company comes over. I think you should consider how much this girl values you as a friend if their didn’t even try and clean the place up if they new you were coming over. I say just hang out with her outside of both of your homes. Make more friends if that doesn’t work out. You say you have "best friends" plural, so you got a few more good friends, so you won’t have problems making new ones.
