dumb.
illegal. or at least very very suable.
Lcoation also stupid.
Wrong mix of dual business..
BK & Mac are competitors… your idea requires companion biz.
BK & OrANGE JULIAS or
MAC & ORANGE JULIAS is such a idea which has been done.
On eBay.
They wont let you use there signs or logos…. you may endup paying some fine…
Its not a very good idea anyway….. You play it safe!!
I don’t think you’re allowed to do that.
And sorry but you’re idea isn’t that good, everyone orders different meals, how are you going to have a custom order ready?
You must be joking.
I don’t like anything from burger king
MY IDEA would be to build a clinic next to it, with a doctor who specializes in treating obesity.
Kidding right?
You know the signs go with the building and the building is part of a Franchise.
Not for sale. and not on Ebay.
You buy into the company with plans to run that particular location according to their rules.
As for the hot and ready part. I can drive to Mcdonald and then to BK just as quickly and guarantee it hot. If you do this running every half hour it’s cold when you get it back. And if you have no customers for an hour or so, what then.
As to the legal aspect. There are health laws regarding delivery of and preventing reselling of food products, unless they are ORIGINALLY packaged and sealed for that purpose. (lollypops for example)
Not a sound plan. Better to develop your own product, that will taste better and so compete with the big boys.
No way, both of their lawyers will sue you to bankruptcy!
