We recieved these chairs and the wood is in good condition but the light tan leather sheats are damaged. Some scratches, marker stains, visible ware(dark spots and the grain of the leather is visible), and paint stains. None of the stains will come off more than a little bit.

What can I do? Shoe polish?

The chairs at 24 inches are too tall. It’s a great table but all the chairs I find are at 24 inches or taller. I need like 19 inch chairs. Any suggestions would help.

Due too bathroom doors of 24 inches in width I need a Power Chair less than 23 inches in total width, the chair is for indoor use only. I am looking for examples of chairs that can be used.

At any given time when I come out onto my patio in the afternoon, I have quite a few flies swarming around. There is no refuse on the patio — only a couple of chairs, hanging plants, and a BBQ. Nothing that I think would attract flies. They aren’t swarming around anything specifically, either, so I think that they might just like the semi-enclosed nature of the patio as a way to get away from the breeze??? Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get rid of them? If not permenantly, at least for having BBQ’s and such? Do Citranella candles work for flies? Thanks in advance!

the weather was overcast raining on and off but not windy. My parents think it was kids but we have never had any people causing trouble in our area and if they were going to knock the chairs I am very sure they would have knocked all of them down. My family has had trouble with kids before where we used to live and we always heard them during the night.

I sit on a Herman Miller Aeron chair when working. Over the last several months, I’ve been experiencing pain in my left leg. Since the chair isn’t cushioned, the sharp edge of the seat is blocking the blood flow. After a prolonged period of sitting, the upper part of the back of my left thigh is sore. Sometimes, I feel the warmth of the blood pulsing. Now, sitting on other chairs is uncomfortable.

I spent a lot of money on this chair. Is there any way to retro-fit it so that I can sit on it without hurting myself? Any other ideas?

Need to lower a chair 4 inches. No shorter chairs available at this time. Found several "drop seats" that lower chair 4 inches. They have cross-bar cutouts. The cushions have cross bar cutouts. This doesn’t sound like a safe option for me, as I need maximum pressure relief from a ROHO cushion. I fear the wheelchair cross-bars will press into my backside causing pressure areas. There must be a solution out there. I need a 10 inch high, 20 inch wide wheelchair that I can use my 4" high ROHO cushion on. Can only find a 14 inch high wheelchair, and thought a drop seat might suit my needs. Thanks for your help.

I rented fifty chairs for my in home wedding because I invited fifty guests. I am concerned that some people will not come and this will make the room feel empty. Should I not set up all of the chairs until the thirty five or so already set up are filled or just set them all up to begin with?

i keep buying new furniture of what i think is good quality but every time it they BREAK! these chairs are so nice looking but once i sit in them they snap, but only when i sit in them? can someone tell me if i should sue… this also happens to me in restaurants, why do they buy poor quality furniture? I also dont have a lot of time to care for lots of plants but would like to have a pretty patio to go sit on and relax. I live in Texas if that helps and the patio is a ground floor patio about a 6′ by 10′ space and I have a small couch and 2 chairs out thair as well.

So I live in the city and have a busy life. Going camping in the woods is out of the question. I do want to have a camp night for my 6yo though. So I have a large patio with a concrete floor. I set up a tent on it. I have two sitting chairs and marshmellows to roast.

I want to know how I can make a small fire to roast hotdogs and marshmellows without burning down the apt. complex. Like what materials I need and what not.

People have bar-b-ques on their patios and things of that ilk so i’m sure it’s OK, but i’m really not sure how I would do the fire thing.
I know they sell those patio fire pits at furniture stores, but I really don’t want to spend 0 on one so I can have a camp night theme with my son.

LIke would I use a coffee can and twigs? I’m just a city girl with no idea about fire stuff. lol

I am looking for plastic that covers the bottom of tubular metal chair legs. I have seen them before on chairs, but my internet searches have not gone well. It essentially looks like plastic tube to go around the bottom of the chair. Has anyone seen a retailer that has them?
