Hi,
I am an artist and have an idea for a large scale piece of Art that lights up! One that would look fantastic and so hip over a large couch in a chic apartment or home or as an eye-catcher in a cafe or restaurant. I am wondering where are the best places in Las Vegas to pitch the idea and see if they would want to sell/hang the piece if I made it. I can sketch it in full color and detail. Does anyone know of furniture stores that are always looking for hip and unique art/items to sell? I am hoping to get one up and then make more as they sell. I can custom make different sizes and colors. It’s a very stunning design and modern but elegant. Thanks for any suggestions.

i brought home a baloon today that said happy birthday, let my pit bull outside went upstairs and heard her barking and a bunch of banging around. i went downstairs to find that she was jumping on the bar stools, from couch to couch, on the counter, and on the table barking at the baloon. she was growling and acting vey weird. does anyone know why dogs do this? ive had previous dogs that bark at them but none have gone to this extent. also she barks and goes nuts at brooms, screen doors, and colored people.

We have dark grey carpet, a tan love seat and light greeny/blue couch. The room gets a ton of natural light and we have bright ceiling fan lights for the evening.

We have a new leather (it could be vinyl we don’t know) couch with micro suede cushions. They slip around when we sit down or get up. What’s an inexpensive quick fix. I was thinking about drawer liners made from that foamy rubber. Have you used this does it work?

I recently bought a couch but I do not care for the design on the cushion covers. I want to replace them and need to know what company I should contact.
There are 6 cushions, all with removable covers that zip, the base of the couch is solid wood.
I do not care for the ‘full cover’ wrap around and tie type of covers.
Thanks for the info.
I forgot to add that this couch was second hand, not from the original store it was purchased at.. so any companies specializing in this would be appreciated, Thanks!

I have a very active 2 year old boy. He likes to take the cushions off the couch and stack them up to get into things. I have tried discipline but its not working and I need some ideas on securing the cushions to the couch. (bottom cushions)

A few days ago I moved into my new apartment/studio. It’s really big for a college dorm, something like 90 square feet, and I already have most of the furniture: queen size bed, desk, TV+stand, couch, salon table, make-up table, closet, bar. But the walls are still white, I’m unsure how to decorate them?
Although my personal style varies between Indie, Punk, Ska and Surf, I’m not sure what to do with the room. I’d like it to look cozy and lived-in, but at the same time, I want it to look spacey and Zen. Also, I’ll be studying in here, which means I can’t have too much clutter lying around, but I have a design major and I want my room to be inspirational.
Lastly, there’s the "growing up" issue. I’ll have to keep this place for at least three more years and while I’d like to make look "fun", I don’t want to regret painting the walls purple or something like that. In fact, I’d rather not paint the walls fully, perhaps only a few small shapes.
Does anyone have any advice on what to do with my room? The walls are what I’m most uncertain about, but I’d also love to read some tips on other things to make my room look better

I have a great couch that needs new covers on the foam cushions. I can’t seem to find them anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to look?

I have a rather old couch, and no clue at all what material the cushion covers are made of but i need to wash them. What would be the best setting to use?

I have a deck on the bottom with patio furniture. It has 2 wicker chairs and a couch. They are very comfortable. What could with it. It is like another room. It is partially covered on the top of my top deck.

The couch is an older victorian style and otherwise in incredible condition. The two cushions have springs inside and the stuffing is so flat that the cushions actually appear to be to small for the couch now. Does anyone have any ideas? I do know how to sew so I could take the material apart but what do I use to restuff them?

I recently had a ceiling collapse due to an exploded hot water heater that soaked my brand new couch with filthy water. Its a slip covered couch so I was able to wash to covers, but the cushions still retain an unpleasant smell (I imagine its in the filler) that I can’t seem to shake. Any advice on how to get rid of the smell permanently?

Not the actual cushions, but the velvety micro fiber fabric that zippers over the actual foam cushion. My stupid dogs had a mud party on my brand new couch and before it dries in, I figured I can wash it.

I also dont have a lot of time to care for lots of plants but would like to have a pretty patio to go sit on and relax. I live in Texas if that helps and the patio is a ground floor patio about a 6′ by 10′ space and I have a small couch and 2 chairs out thair as well.
