I was with my now EX boyfriend for about 8 months. We lived together. We would fight a lot. I didnt like how often he drank so I nagged him a lot. But he does have a bit of a drinking problem. Since we’ve been fighting a lot lately, we’ve been having some breaks. I was bad because I would say stuff like well i’ll go sleep with someone else because thats what I do when I get hurt. Even though I had no intentions of doing so. And he told me that if I did it would really mess him up. He kept warning me and telling me "not to mess up"
When we were broken up, he had some ppl over, sorta like a mini party at our apartment. Since we were not together, I just stayed in my the bedroom and watched tv while he partied in the kitchen/living room area. He then went to the bar after and slept at his cousins house.
When he came home the next morning I found out he slept with his cousins best friend! Who was using my glasses to drink her booze, sitting on my furniture, and partying in MY place. He told me that she means nothing though. I was insulted also because when I came out of my room when she was at my place I looked right at her and I didnt consider her a treat at all. Not trying to be rude but I thought she was not good looking.
He tells me she means nothing and since we werent together its not cheating. He admits hes messed up but says he did it because he was so angry with me. He was VERY drunk when he had sex with her.

I want to open a bar in a few years, and I was going over what I would need to open the place like; tables, chairs, forks, glasses, grill, ect.. I wanted to find a place online where I could find out how what I need, how much, and the cost of it. Does anyone know a place I can go to online that will say how much these things are or how many I will need. Like a whole sale supply store for restaurants?

My friend and I are in the process of opening a bar. We have our location and equiptment including bar top, cooler, tables, stools, glasses, and chairs. We are in the process of writing a business plan to gain funding.
Do you have any wise words of advice or wish you did something differently when you started?
The bar we are opening is in a town of 6000 that only has 1 other bar in town.

Doctor, doctor, my wooden leg is giving me a lot of pain.
Why’s that?
My wife keeps hitting me over the head with it.
*
Doctor, doctor, my hair’s coming out. Can you give me something to
keep it in?
Certainly – how about a paper bag?
*
Doctor, doctor, people keep ignoring me.
Next, please!
*
Doctor, doctor, I feel like a pair of curtains.
Pull yourself together!
*
Doctor, doctor, I feel like a bridge.
What’s come over you?
Two cars and a bus!
*
Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I’m a spoon.
Sit there and don’t stir.
*
Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I’m a billiard ball.
Get back in the queue.
*
Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I’m a pack of cards.
I’ll deal with you later.
*
Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking there’s two of me.
One at a time, please.
*
Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I’m a dog.
Lie down on the couch and I’ll examine you.
I can’t. I’m not allowed on the furniture.
Doctor: "Take the green pill with a glass of water
when you get up. Take the blue pill with 2 glasses
of water after lunch. Then just before going to bed,
take the red pill with another glass of water."
Man: "Exactly what’s my problem, doc?"
Doctor: "You’re not drinking enough water."

I decided on a dare to just drink Makers on the rocks last night. So I did and after like 3 glasses I cant remember anything. There are just pictures of me laying across like 4 bar stools and then I guess I tried to jump out of a moving car when we were leaving. Most of my friends thought it was hilarious but I dont think the girl I was trying to get with did. So how embarrassed should I be? (Last time I drink Whiskey in LA!)

I work at a restaurant and there is no required tip pool. The manager just requires us to tip out the bartenders, buss boys, and host. At the end of the night before we clock out we have to declare tips, I usually only declare what I made in credit card tips not cash. Is there a difference?
Next situation:
At my restaurant we have a mix of where it’s busy bar & dinning room where they get about the same sales BUT when we pull up how much other servers are making & bartenders, usually bartenders are making way more in sales. At the end of the night I usually give them a couple bucks because we only have one bartender per shift and they make more in tips than we do.(because they are always bragging about it) BUT they usually don’t make regular drinks (soft drinks) servers do. So how much should i tip them out if they have only made like 2 drinks but I’ve made about 0 a night?
Next situation:
Dinner only do we have 2 buss boys (weekends only). We only have about 24 tables in dinning room & 8 tables in bar (not including bar stools). Usually we have 3-4 tables per server when it’s busy. BUT buss boys usually don’t have a lot of work to do as i see it. I greet guest, refills their drink, etc. I even pre-bus my table before they leave so all that’s left on the tables is glasses and a napkin. Bussers just need to reset the tables. The thing that gets me when they see me pre-bus a table, I’m carrying dirty dishes, utensils, etc yet they don’t want to take it off my hands to save me a trip to the dishwasher! So wy should i tip them out 10% of my tips?
Sorry for so many questions, I’m new at serving!
