a few years ago I attended a home party, that sold wicker products, rattan, and home decor even, wallpaper borders?
It was a Home Decorating Party?
Does anyone know the name of this?
It is not home interiors or home & garden parties

Only ideas so far are "Diamond in the Rough" or something containing our pet’s name which is Sophie…looking for something cute but also a little sophisticated I guess? Thanks in advance!
(Shop will carry vintage/antique home decor, kitchen and dining-ware, misc. housewares…)
An idea is something along the lines of making something old new again…the act of reusing an old item in a new way

It is an unfinished chair. Does the chair need priming first? And what will be safe to seal it with?
I am a Grandmother and I hope this will be a piece that will be in the family for a while. So, I have bought a non toxic home decor acrylic paint, but am not sure how to make it last.
I wanting to use the acrylic so that I can paint it different colors and do some stenciling.

I am moving and was thinking about getting rid of some things.
I have had this decor for a while but I still kinda like it. I like the theme ideas but I am not up to date as far as home decor.
What are some new kitchen theme ideas?

I would like to purchase a table/stand to put against a wall in my foyer to make drinks/store a carafe on (with Scotch or Bourbon), but I am not sure of the correct term for such a piece of furniture, and searches for "home bar", "drink stand", and "cocktail table" have not yielded the results I’m looking for. I have noticed such tables in various TV shows and think they make a nice accent piece.
Does anyone know the formal name of this piece of home decor, and where I might purchase one?
Thanks!

My kitchen is red hot and has an apple theme. My living room is being painted a lemon chiffon since its attached to the kitchen. My question is what color furniture do I buy?Would red be ok? And where are some good places for home decor so my living room will look nice?

I’m putting in a wet bar and trying to think of something original to do. The kitchen color is Clary Sage, a Sherwin Williams neutral green. The living room is Relaxed Khaki, another SW color. I have cherry hardwood floors and white cabinets. A dark granite countertop is soon to come.
I want to put in a wet bar that would have a sink, dark wood cabinet doors, a granite countertop and a mirror with glass shelves to display glasses. Would a led-color shelf work with my current color scheme? Does the neutral / natural colors look clash with led accent lights?
Check out the link to see what I’m thinking (the shelves would be capable of changing to virtually any possible color, so i could adjust it to match the green I have). Is that too much? I’m new to the home decor thing, so feel free to be honest. I’m afraid I’m getting to into a cool idea and not going with what I should do.
