I was in a relationship with a man for 7 yrs. & although, we had our ups & downs just like anyone else, we had a loving affectionate relationship. I had plans to permanently move into his home which I had basically been living in since he had bought the place 3 yrs. ago, as soon as my daughter graduated this past mth. I spent a lot of money along with him fixing this place up & we were planning on marrying soon. My ex had recently spoke to all his friends about us setting the date to marry & as far as I knew things were looking good for our future. About a month ago, my ex stopped into a bar with a friend to have a drink (he usually never goes to bars) & met this girl. This girl has led the hard life & is separated from her husband & has a teenage son. She does not work & lives on disability. As the story goes, he breaks up with me & hooks up with this girl. Although she has not moved in with him yet she is constantly at his place hanging out all day waiting for him to get out of work & definitely likes to party. His family & friends have told me they are totally disgusted with what he did to me & what he is doing with her. His family feels this girl is just using him as someone to take care of her. What in Gods name would possess a man who had a bright future ahead of him & me who loved him with all my heart to ditch all that for this bimbo? He has basically kept this relationship a secret from his friends until recently when things started to come to light & never told this girl anything about me which apparently is not bothering her because she is still there with him. His family says she shows no interest in making his place her home so to speak, she is just there like a piece of furniture. How can he live with himself after what he has done to me & can he be that blind to see what is going on here? His family keeps in constant contact with me because they feel this relationship will not last & are hoping he will come to his senses & they hope we will get back together but, they do not realize how hurt & devastated I am over all this. If any one has any insight as to why he would choose to throw everything away for someone like that please, enlighten me. Does he not see this girl for what she is when everyone else does? I also, have a hard time dealing with the fact that he could stop loving me after all those yrs. just like that & then tell her he loves her in such a short time. I feel like they destroyed my life & stole my future & I’m not sure how to handle all these emotions I am feeling. At this moment I’m feeling really angry & want to make him pay for what he has done to me but, then there is a part of me that is sad for feeling that way about someone I still love very much. Please, help!

So my ex and decided to divorce about a year ago. During the marriage i made sure to save money for "our" future and stick to a budget, i mean i could have been one of those wifes that didnt care and just spent every single penny and even put us in debt, but im not that type of person. So before we divorced we paid off my car, only about 00 left on it, then put 00 down on a new car for him so it was even. then we pretty much split the rest of the money in the savings evenly.

in a few short months after we divorced he had already spent all of the money he got (around 00) and now has debt. It bothers me that i spent all those years saving and he just goes out and spends it all on nights out partying and drinking and new clothes and tattoos and a new speaker system for his car. i now feel like i should have been a bit*h and tried to take it all especially since now he probably makes more than twice what i do.

should this bother me??? would it bother you???

also, when i moved out he found out he was getting stationed in Italy, so he rented the house out to someone he worked with. Since we knew the person who would be living in the house we agreed to leave the large furniture in the house for him to use temporarily since the ex could not take it to italy and it would not fit in my new much smaller apartment, and that i would get the furniture from the house when i decided to move back to Texas.
a month or so later the ex called and said they guy living in the house would like to buy the furniture from us rather than trying to find new, i decided that would be ok. well it has now been MONTHS and have not heard anything else, like did the guy living there give my ex money??? or did he change his mind and dosnt want to buy it??? and now i am wondering and a bit pissy because of some pictures i saw on facebook.
Apparently the guy that lives in the house had a party at the house. outside. and he took the nice dining room table, chairs and nice leather bar stools OUTSIDE! the table was being used as a beer pong table! these things were not cheap and now im pissed because if he has not paid for them he needs to be more respectful of other peoples things…. and if he has paid for them my ex has not given me money for them….

how would you feel about this?? what would you say to the ex???

I would say I’m losing my mind.
I’m in college. It was a shitty semester and I flunked three out of six classes.
Not out of being an idiot, but lack of homework projects.
I flunked classes the previous semester and my mother told me she wouldn’t pay for my school anymore if I failed again… Whatever.
The thing is that… I feel a little stressed. I’ve been breaking and shouting at things.
I wanted to kill myself, instead I ended up singing gibberish out loud on the floor, while throwing kicks to an orange juice and balancing a stool chair on my neck. Also, I was breaking plastic glassware with a baseball bat and I tried chopping down a tree with said baseball bat until it broke.
So… I have no money for a psychologist, which I hope might help me out a bit.
I could go to a free psychologist, but my mother would toss me out of the house, because she’s of the idea that I must "fix myself". I’ve been doing so since I was five years old and now I’m breaking plastic-ware and shouting "Stop looking at me, motherf#cker!" at the kitchen table and the walls, while trying to have a decent conversation with the family dog.
I’d kill myself, but the thought of my mother crying won’t let me.

Okay, i moving into an apartment and i’m low on money.

dining set- 200 or lower
living room set- 500 or lower
bed set (platform and mattress)- 200 and lower

oh and for the dining room set, I want a 4 piece diing room set and the one i want is called a pub dining set and it has like a high table with like bar stool w/ backs on them. The dining room set i want to be a dark brown.

I would like to set up a trade.

I have a couple of really cool bouncers with activity bars, portable high chair you strap to kitchen chair and can also take to restaurants, toys, an activity center, mats you put on the ground with things to play with etc. that I can trade you.

I am willing to discuss in detail my trade items if you have what I need and will make sure you are getting your money’s worth.

Theory… My fiance and I are on a tight budget. We are in the beginning beginning stages of planning a wedding, and holy cow… I dont think we have the money LOL!! So, our idea is that we will throw a hawaiian themed reception/luau. Outside, roast a pig, have drink fountians and pineapple chicken, and champagn, and kegs of beer. Deorate it nicely, but have it be a little more casual. At this,we cut the cost of a caterer, a full bar, and a hall. The place is 100$ to rent the park, we need to rent the tents, the table and chairs and pig roaster. Anyone think we could save money this way???

the person is really good at coming up with ideas on how to better things. example… a bar is called the cabana (which we all know as beach theme) but its not decorated in any way related to anything, just a bunch of tables and chairs and some bar stools, so the person says… hey we need to get some fake palm trees and surf boards and other beach items in here! I know it has to do with marketing, but what part? im in marketing now, but its just mainly making posters and flyers, and i want to switch it up, but i dont even know what to call that .
well, i just want a job with better pay. There are hardly any jobs that want print graphics done, everything is done on the web.
Im just really good at coming up with ideas on how to change things to make them better, and figuring out why the places that i work with, arent making the money that they should.

I moved back home after 6 years of sweet independence after a breakup.It was supposed to be a 3 mo thing until my bro and I had money for furniture and such.He cannot keep a job or hold onto his money and so he is WAY behind on the deal.Its now been 8 mo of living there.My parents have "banned" us from doing certain things, like sleeping over at friend’s houses,going out too many nights during the week.We are on a family plan as far as the cell phones go,and b/c they suspected I was talking to/seeing my ex they looked at the records to see the numbers I had been calling and then confronted me about it.I have said many times that Im 25 and I pay rent to live here and I should be free to do what I please barring coming in wasted or hurting someone.I think this is a total invasion of privacy.They think Im ungrateful.They dont pay for the phone or anything else having to do with me.I have a friend who needs help with her mortgage and I need a place of freedom.

There was no hint that things were amiss till 2 days before we broke up. I have given her everthing she has demanded, except my house. White goods, kitchen apliances, tv, computers, dvd, furniture, anything she ever gave me over 4 yrs. In the last 6months, we wasted 000 of my money, (that I did call our money). I have paid to move her stuff (I had to pack it for her) She refuses to comunicate other then by third party.I have just come home to a stack of bills all in my name. It has been 7weeks & every day she has some new inovative way, to make me feel pain. If I love & care for someone, I don’t like that to change. I am a good friend to most of my ex’s. I do not want to indroduce, nasty thoughts into my head. I don’t understand the point of revenge much. If I don’t feel hateful & I don’t. The feelings that are left are hurting me, I can’t sleep. I hired a painter (interior), who agreed to show up, pull nails, fill holes, and repair a wall. THEN, paint the walls.
Two weeks later, after she didn’t show up (and I had already paid her half), I told her forget it, I’d do it myself, just give me back the money I paid her MINUS the paint.
She told me she had been sick and would have "employees" come do it.
All they did was roll over the entire house, never filling holes, and they even rolled over the nails in the walls!
My 5-disc CD changer was open and turned on when I got home- I have not yet hooked it up. The discs were jammed, and it is now broken.
I have recently (3 weeks) had my ceiling painted. There is paint on both the new ceiling paint AND the floors.
Paint cans were left open on my kitchen counter.
I bought new furniture 9 days prior. There is a 6 X 7" paint stain on my new chair.
Now I want ALL of my deposit back, PLUS $ for the cd changer and chair. Can I also sue for what it will cost for paint/wall repair?

details: live together in house for 2 years.
She cannot possibly make the payment on her own.
Only her name is on it so i could just go but i feel bad doing that
I also feel really bad leaving her 7 year old daughter.
Also when we bought the house i put up 3000 of my own money for downpay and payed half the payment every month. I dont think i would ever see that. I also bought just about everything in the house.
