A man set our patio furniture on fire?

I don’t know how to go about this situation with out sounding completely irresponsible but I just need some opinions.

This past saturday we had a get together at our house. We had a fire pit in the back yard. At one point one of my husband’s "Friends" starting getting rather violent. We asked him to leave. He wouldn’t. He would stand outside our fenced in yard staring at us so at one point we decided to just go inside and forget about him. We left our fire pit with some hot coals on the fire but it was not a raging fire whats so ever just some hot coals. After about 30 minutes we went back outside to smoke a cigarette and our patio chairs were on top of the fire, my daughters plastic toys were on top of the fire pit. It was obvious this person had done this so my husband went after him since he was still in the area just standing there. They got into a fight and the police were called. They were asking questions to my husband to bring about assault charges against him for attacking the guy which, to be honest, I can see why. He should not have gone after him for a fight. BUT the cops never even looked at the back yard and the furniture which was burned and cushions that were melted our fire pit table is black and burnt up.

Where do we stand with this. We want to bring charges against him so he will have to pay for our ruined stuff…. but since there was no police report about the fire we don’t feel we have a case. I kept repeating over and over that he set a fire to our patio furniture but they just kept saying this was an assault call and no mention of the fire

it just boggles my mind that he will get away with this. I know my husband was in the wrong for going after him (my husband got really hurt, broken ribs, broken wrist, etc) and we dont even want to file charges about that BUT the fire is what we want taken care of and our 500 patio set is GONE now.

Last night my roommate had about 6 of his friends over drinking under age and what not. On all MY furniture, using all my kitchen stuff, and my hookah. I woke up and my house was TRASHED. About 3 bags of garbage on the floor, two or three empty boxes of beer, food all over the kitchen, my dining room table moved to the living room with beer cans piled up on it. chairs knocked over, two guys sleeping on my couch. Then I go outside to find my scooter (parked in front of the house) was knocked over and had a good amount of damage. It’s only THREE months old! I’m sooooo pissed! I filed a police report, but they said there’s pretty much nothing else that can be done. It had to be one of the 6 people over since there was a beer can near the scooter and everything! There has to be SOMETHING I can do! Help!
I can’t kick him out, he’s on the lease. I am moving out in 12 days though. I just wish I could do something about my brand new scooter that is not damaged

Should i leave the home?

My hubby and i have been on the rocks and things finally exploded. We always had a roller coaster relationship and i did something stupid when my hubby called off the wedding 2 months before it scheduled.
In all honesty i was enraged when he told me we were over in front of my entire family over arguments on wedding decour and was not thinking when i chose to jump into a fling with my ex.bf from HS.Well after 4 weeks my hubby came back to me .. we made up and got married 2 weeks later unaware i was pregnant. When i found out i was preganant i was 12 weeks along and did not have the heart to have a abortion after hearing the heart beat. So i informed my hubby who was already aware of the fling that took place during our breakup..he himself had a 3 one-night stands with this one girl from a bar …what was going on.He told me we would get through this and we would work it out but things started rapidly going bad no matter what i did or how i tried.I came home after spending the weekend at my cousins to a wrecked house. The kitchen cabinents had been removed from the wall, stainless steel appliances all are missing, basically all furniture is gone, he left our dogs outside without food/water,most of my personal things were thrown in the backyard and it rained!
We have house bills and credit card bills that have just come in that i have no way to pay.I have been on/off bed rest and cant be on my feet for more than 2 hours so i have not been working. We are renting a town house and yes i am on the lease as is he.I had a police report filed but i am really worried that i could be billed for some of the damages or that my hubby could come back?My landlord has not communicated with me since he saw the damages himself, spoke to the neighbors who apparently saw my husband moving appliances out of the house and spoke with the police officer whom i filed a report with so i feel in the dark?Could i be evicted even before my lease is up late november?

I am 21 yrs old still a college student no current job but i am working on it and my hubby is a 25 yr old computer programmer so i cant afford the 1600 dollars a month in rent.My cousin and my aunt are helping me out because my parents are abroad for there 25 th anniversary .
Baby is due december 31 and is the ex.bf’s child according to my doctor.
