What I did, before I found out I could adjust my bench lol, was to grip the bar with a good wide grip and when lowering hit just under my chin, this really developed my upper chest and I really felt a stretch on the upper pecs.

lets see incline push press.Put a chair and lean forward in incline postion and press against it.I can feel the chest working when i do it but not a lot though.
i have one of those sex angle cushions…..buy one of them and stick it on the bench. lol. try different angled pushups….feet on a chair….hands on a chair.
