play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

What would you think of a color called "silver strand" (# 7057) for the living room? And then maybe a pale purple like "Euphoric Lilac" (# 6835) for the kitchen & dining room?
Well, for your dining room, I personally like this color, (like a deep rose red) heres the link: http://mainebows.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/deep-rose-red-pocket-sq-tb.jpg
And for your living room..i would go with a sage green.. like this…

Reds would look great in all three rooms. A burnt red looks great in a dining room and would match the oak well and darken the light surfaces a little plus its great for entertaining and decorating too. If you want something different for the living room, yet that will still coordinate, try playing with some browns and blues, paint the walls a tan, and use lots of nice chocolate brown and light blue accents, it looks great. Or, you could also stay with the red and use lots of warm tones.
Good luck!
