You’ll probably do time for a little while, or at the bare minimum get probation (consider yourself extremely lucky if you do get probation). It depends also on the severity of the altercation. Having priors doesn’t help at all when being charged with anything.

Depends on what state you live in and how serious your priors are. I’d say prison is guaranteed, but how long depends. Plan for something like 5-10, with option of parole for good behavior.

A Word About Choosing Bar Stools

Finding and choosing the right kind of Bar Stools or counter stools for your bar, home or your kitchen is an important part choice, as many different sizes, materials, finishes and colors.
