I believe iverheart max will protect from whipworm but I’m not sure. You need to get with your vet to find a good product that will work for your dog. Some dogs react adversely to panacur. Whipworms can be hard to detect and hard to kill. some dogs will need surgery to totally get rid of them as they live in the ceceum.
i would make sure your animals are getting enough water because all the diarrhea and vomiting is going to lead to dehydration. i don’t really know if panacur effects animals in the way you are describing. i would suggest revolution as a heartworm preventative. it is a topical preventative that covers heartworm, fleas, and intestinal parasites, including whips. it is more expensive than heartgard though.
