I hate to scare you, but here is the low down.
If you were to have gotten any of the roundworm larvae in your mouth, then it could migrate to your eye, and you could go blind. This is the greatest risk for children because they are always putting their hands in their mouth. Having the cat lick you on the face worries me.
You can get an oral medication for roundworm pretty readily. I would call a local doctor and talk to him about it. Just let him know that your cat had roundworm, and you are worried that you, or a family member may have been infected.
Also, clean everything really well.
Yes, roundworm can be transferred between animals and humans.
